Auto-dry is a freeze-drying optimisation package that generates a baseline protocol based upon user input of product information.
Once the baseline protocol is established, the freeze dryer automatically adjusts the shelf temperature to minimise the freeze-drying time while keeping the product below its critical temperature.
It automatically detects the end of primary drying and advances to secondary drying.
Either a conservative or an aggressive profile can be chosen to optimise the cycle.
To further enhance the process, a melting monitoring subsystem is available.
Auto-Dry comes standard with batch-summary reporting and one year of free software upgrades as more features become available.
