The Mobichem Automated Chemistry Analyzer from Microfluidica is designed for small and mobile environmental testing laboratories
It measures ammonia, ortho-phosphate, nitrate/nitrite, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total cyanide, total phenol and surfactants in waters using methods approved by regulatory bodies including ISO and USEPA.
Employing keyboard chemistry with a software-programmable positive displacement pump, stream-selection valves, heater and spectrophotometer, Mobichem automatically sequences through the tests selected by the user.
The system is configured to perform in-line sample preparation as required, including distillation, chemical digestion and UV digestion.
Coupled with the XYZ Autosampler, the system can run unattended, including automated preparation of calibration standards and dilution and re-run of off-scale samples.
