Wilks Enterprise has released a video featuring the measurement of oil and grease in water/soil with Infracal TOG/TPH portable infrared (IR) analysers.
The three-minute video demonstrates how on-site measurements with the Infracal TOG/TPH analysers can save time and money, as they allow oil and grease levels in wastewater to be determined in less than 15 minutes.
These measurements help ensure compliance with governmental regulatory discharge permits, whether the user is involved in the oil and gas, chemical, biofuel or any other industry faced with monitoring wastewater, including municipalities.
The Infracal TOG/TPH analysers - models HATR-T2 and CVH - provide accurate, on-site measurement of total oil and grease concentration levels in wastewater.
Measurement data obtained with the HATR-T2 correlates to EPA Method 1664.
Measurement data obtained with the CVH correlates to ASTM Method D 7066-04 and EPA Methods 413.2 and 418.1.
Infracal analysers can be readily used by non-technical personnel and eliminate the need to wait for off-site laboratory results.
