Heason Technology is now offering Baldor Motion's e100 range of servomotor drives and controllers for applications ranging from standalone motion control to PLC-hosted networked systems.
The e100 range includes the Microflex e100 and the Motiflex single-axis drives as well as the Nextmove e100 multi-axis motion and machine controller.
At the heart of these motion products is the real-time Ethernet Powerlink standard, which combines with TCP/IP and Baldor's Mint system building environment to provide a universal drive platform.
The e100 range is full compatible with another two Ethernet standards: Ethernet/IP and Modbus TCP. Additional plug-in cards are not required.
Baldor has also added a new single-axis version of its Mint software to its e100 drive range.
Called Mini Lite, it offers all of the multi-tasking language power of Mint for complete control of the drive, on-board I/O, communications and Ethernet networking features.
Mini Lite is a free-of-cost enhancement and will make system commissioning even simpler for multiple serial drives where a single point of access via Ethernet is required.
