Porvair Filtration will present regulatory-approved materials - suitable for in-vitro filtration, separation, venting and wicking applications - at the Medica/Compamed 2011 show in Dusseldorf.
According to the company, which will be found on Stand F-08 in Hall 8a, its materials are based on Biovyon sintered porous plastic technology.
Manufactured to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) in ISO-accredited clean rooms, Biovyon materials exhibit very low particle shedding, ultra-low extractable levels and low bio-burden to meet the demanding regulatory standards required by the WRAS, the FDA and the USP.
