New Brunswick’s ultra-low temperature (ULT) freezers claim to consume up to 59% less energy than competitive units.
New Brunswick’s ultra-low temperature (ULT) freezers are, according to the company, the most energy-saving in the industry.
The group’s new HEF High Efficiency Freezer models consume up to 59% less energy than competitive units, potentially saving thousands in operating costs over the lifetime of the freezer.
ULT freezers are virtually never turned off and, compared to other laboratory systems, energy requirements can be high in order to maintain the very low temperatures necessary for sample preservation.
