The mobile lab will stop at EBF Conference in Barcelona this week to demonstrate LC/MS/MS workflows.
AB SCIEX, Phenomenex and Peak Scientific are taking a mobile laboratory across Europe.
The European MASStastic Voyage Tour will provide “open house” opportunities for anyone interested in using mass spectrometry and separation science to solve analytical challenges.
This week the LC/MS/MS laboratory-on-wheels will be open to visitors outside the site of the EBF Conference, a gathering of pharmaceutical scientists in Barcelona.
The tour will make stops in cities across Europe in the new year, including a special appearance at the Berliner Symposium of mass spectrometry users in Germany on April 9, 2013.
Experts in LC/MS/MS solutions from AB SCIEX, Phenomenex and Peak Scientific are on board the mobile laboratory, available to talk to scientists and lab technicians from industry and academia about a broad array of topics, including drug discovery and development, environmental analysis, and small molecule and peptide quantitation.
Changes in European regulations, along with demands for faster, more accurate results and the emergence of next-generation technologies, are spurring questions about how analytical labs can keep up with the rapid pace of change.
Q&A sessions on board the European MASStastic Voyage are designed to help answer these questions, along with showing fully-functional mass spectrometry equipment in operation.
On board the MASStastic Voyage mobile lab will be recently released laboratory technologies designed specifically for a number of laboratory applications commonly used in European laboratories.
This MASStastic Voyage Tour will crisscross Europe during the first half of 2013.
