FOSS will unveil a solution that it claims will improve the automation of Soxhlet-based fat analysis.
The new solution improves both the hydrolysis and extraction phases of fat analysis, helping to boost throughput of samples and avoid the risk of human error.
FOSS Laboratories market manager René Fuhlendorff said: “We can safely say that this is a reinvention of how to do fat analysis. It can really make life easier for laboratories and improve their throughput at reduced cost.”
FOSS will have a full range of analytical solutions on show including automated Kjeldahl analysis and solutions for crude, detergent and dietary fibre.
