The NS300 uses nanoparticle tracking analysis to measure particles across a range of applications.
The system’s enhanced fluorescence capability allows visualisation of particles in suspension.
The technology measures in terms of size and light scattering intensity, and does so particle-by-particle in the range of 10-1000nm.
The NS300 comes with a high sensitivity sCMOS camera, temperature control and a choice of laser wavelength. The sample chamber and laser block are removable, to enable cleaning and high throughput.
The platform is designed for use in determining protein aggregation, exosome and microvesicle research and within drug delivery systems.
