Tim Freeman, managing director of Freeman Technology, will deliver two lectures at the International Powder & Technology Expo.
The exhibition, being held from the 6-8 August 2013, will focus on understanding the variability of powder behaviour.
Freeman Technology will exhibit its FT4 Powder Rheometer and provide an opportunity for industry leaders to learn more about the use of multifaceted powder characterisation.
The first lecture will illustrate how taking a universal approach to powder testing assists with product creation, as well as the design and troubleshooting of processes.
Entitled ‘The characterisation of bulk material properties – the need for a multivariate approach’, will discuss how testing measurements are used to optimise powder processes.
The second lecture, entitled ‘The influence of ambient moisture and time on powder flow characteristics’, will focus on the varied effects of moisture absorption on powder properties and performance.
PTX takes place from 6-8 August, 2013. Held at the Expo Center Norte, Sao Paolo, Brazil.
