Priorclave C40 vacuum benchtop autoclaves are designed for laboratories implementing higher levels of prevention of cross contamination and spread of infection.
The C40 is wide-format benchtop autoclave with a 40 litre, front-loading chamber, incorporating pre-vacuum and post-vacuum cycles.
The pre-vacuum mode removes ambient air from the chamber and load, allowing steam to completely penetrate the product.
The post-vacuum cycle, meanwhile, pulls steam and condensate out of the autoclave during the drying phase. The overall benefit is a faster cycle time, making the C40 priorclave suited to applications where a higher daily throughput is required or where delays in sterilisation are of concern.
As the C40 is suited for installation in a CAT 3 laboratory, it is fitted with an optional exhaust filtration system so that all autoclave exhaust is filtered.
Furthermore, all Priorclave benchtop autoclaves come with Biomaster antimicrobial surface protection.
