Advanced Chemistry Development (ACD) has posted the public chromatography applications database under its web-based analytical data delivery tool, ACD/Web Librarian.
A free trial of Web Librarian and access to the public chromatography applications database is available through ACD's interactive laboratory tool, I-Lab.
The database contains 1830 HPLC and GC applications provided by Agilent, Alltech, Eprogen (Eichrom), GL Sciences, Hamilton, Argonaut (Jones Chromatography), Polymer Laboratories, and Regis.
The database can be searched by numerous chromatographic parameters, as well as by structure, substructure, and structure similarity.
The extensive search capabilities combined with the high quality of data and large number of applications has proven to be an invaluable resource for chromatographers facing the challenge of new method development.
Web Librarian also helps chemists gain unified access to structures and analytical chemistry data collected throughout their enterprise.
Using a standard web browser, authorised users can search and retrieve structures, separations, and spectra from the virtual, centralised repository where both public and password protected databases are posted.
