This TEC blue/violet laser diode module that offer exceptional wavelength and power stability (better than 1%), greatly increased pointing accuracy and extended laser diode lifetime
BFi Optilas International, a pan-European distributor of lasers, optics and instrumentation, in collaboration with Ophir Optronics, has introduced the PD300-BB, a photodiode-based detector head with a flat spectral response from 400 to 1000nm, for power measurement of broadband light sources.
Its dynamic range measures from 50pW to 8mW of power.
The thin, low profile head has a 10x10mm aperture, with response time of 0.2s and a low noise level of +/-2pW, making it suitable for use in radiometry. It is fully compatible with Ophir's Orion, Nova and Laserstar displays.
This TEC blue/violet laser diode module that offer exceptional wavelength and power stability (better than 1%), greatly increased pointing accuracy and extended laser diode lifetime.
The TEC modules have output powers of 1.5mW in the 375nm ultra-violet, 4mW and 25mW in the 405nm violet and 4mW in the 440nm blue wavelengths.
These compact and cost effective modules are ideal for demanding applications including biomedical instrumentation, spectroscopy, microscopy and genomics.
