Freeze drying microscope system and integrated integrated differential thermal analyser and conductivity system on display at the mammoth Frankfurt show in May
Freeze drying specialist Biopharma Technology will be exhibiting and providing demonstrations of its full product range, including the Lyostat 2 freeze drying microscope system and Lyotherm integrated DTA and conductivity system at the forthcoming Achema 2003 exhibition in Frankfurt, 19 to 24 May.
The Lyostat 2 is a compact and invaluable tool in freeze drying cycle development, enabling quick and accurate identification of key parameters such as collapse and eutectic temperature.
The supplied software allows the user to control and monitor the freeze-drying process remotely via the computer.
This includes displaying and recording temperature and vacuum readings, providing a live image of the sample to be viewed on the screen, as well as recording a gallery of images taken at selected time intervals.
The Lyotherm uniquely provides an integrated differential thermal analyser (DTA) and electrical resistance capability within one instrument. Lyotherm's unique data capture software allows the user to confirm and identify key freeze drying parameters such as eutectic temperature and glass transition temperature. Experienced Biopharma Staff will also be on hand to discuss their extensive range of freeze-drying services and courses.
Biopharma Technology will be situated in the Laboratory and Analytical Techniques exhibition, Hall 6.3, on stand B6 at Achema 2003.
