Manufacturer of life sciences products and services selects Cimage NovaSoft's NovaManage software suite to streamline business critical documents
BioWhittaker will be implementing NovaManage, the integrated document and workflow management system from Cimage NovaSoft. NovaManage will enable BioWhittaker to automate all of its work processes, as well as the information associated with those processes.

With over 1500 SOPs (standard operating procedures) in existence and an anticipated growth rate of 300 new SOPs each year, BioWhittaker needed to streamline the compilation, approval and dissemination of critical business documents throughout their organisation.
Managing the manual routing, approval and distribution of SOPs had become too labour intensive for BioWhittaker.
