Microwave compound factory is designed with open architecture hardware and software that allows for easy configuration based on the application
CEM announces the introduction of a new microwave compound factory, the Navigator system, for maximum throughput and convenience.
A joint venture between CEM Corporation and Zinsser Analytic, Navigator realises the full potential of microwave synthesis to high-throughput applications.
Designed with open architecture hardware and software that allows for easy configuration based on the application, Navigator can grow and adapt to the user's needs.
The system is available with an integrated weighing station, automatic liquid and/or solid reagent addition stations, purification capabilities, separation accessories, as well as deconvolution capabilities and a capping station.
Navigator is configured with 96-position racks and an XYZ robotic arm that can act independently of the microwave synthesis programme.
The modularity of the system allows users to select only the options they need, which, says CEM, makes Navigator the most cost-effective microwave HTS system available.
