The Dispermat AE-C EX explosion-proof laboratory and pilot plant dissolver from Fullbrook Systems is said to offer excellent process control due to measurement of the key operating parameters of speed, power, product temperature, torque and work. The Dispermat AE-C EX group of instruments offers a variety of powerful motors that, in connection with modern frequency converters, can be operated over a wide range of speeds.
As motors are available from 0.55 to 4.0kW, the AE-C EX dissolvers are perfectly suited to research and development tasks as well as for the production of larger batches.
The Dispermat AE-C EX control box for adjustment of speed and power is mounted on the stand, it is adjustable and has a solvent-resistant key pad. User-friendly Win-Disp software enables the process parameters to be recorded on a computer via an RS232 interface.
The parameters are displayed graphically and can be saved to disk offering a permanent record of the dispersion process.
