Washing machines fill the gap between full GMP pharma specification and laboratory models, for use typically in the cosmetics, oil and agri-food industries
Lancer has launched the heavy-duty TI range of washing machines to fill the requirement gap between full GMP pharma specification and laboratory models, for use typically in the cosmetics, oil and agri-food industries.
The TI models are robustly made from high quality materials: the washing chamber, door and valves in 316L stainless steel and the casing, pipework and wash pumps in 304L stainless steel.
They feature powerful spray arms and up to three independent washing levels which can accept a variety of injector and other baskets for specific applications such as glassware, tubes, valves, production tooling, refill lines, etc; all controlled by the latest micro-processor and up to 40 modifiable programs.
Traceability and validation options are available including IQ/OQ documentation, and other options include steam heating, Hepa filters, conductivity meters and drainage cooldown.
With four different chamber sizes and 16 models including double door pass-through and superdrying versions, there is a TI washing machine to suit most applications.
If cleaning mostly lab glassware then Lancer's standard UP or popular Labexia range of laboratory washers may be more suitable.
For machines which satisfy cGMP guidelines and latest FDA requirements, the latest high-spec PRO and PCM models from Lancer have been specially developed to meet such demands of the pharmaceutical industry.
