The software offers multi-user levels with password protection and login capacity. The Jobin Yvon report generator makes use of customised templates for daily reporting while storing data and instrument controls for traceability.
Metal Maker, now a standard feature in the software, makes production of accurate alloys easy and fast. Metal Maker provides automatic charge calculation and exact assistance for the manufacture of accurate alloys based on a defined composition.
Statistical process control (SPC) allows control of the entire process through to production and is useful for the verification of instrument performance.
Metal Maker is also available for the GD-Profiler series of glow discharge OES instruments, as well as the Emia series carbon/sulphur analysers and Emga series oxygen/nitrogen and hydrogen analysers.
