Both pH meters contain the newly developed measuring interface.
They are equipped with a high impedance measuring input, an input for a separate reference electrode as well as an input for a PT 1000 or NTC temperature sensor.
The resolution is 0.001 for pH, 0.1mV for potentials and 0.1C for temperatures.
Not only the pH meters are new, the stirrers have been redesigned and optimised.
They are now directly controlled by the pH meter via the MSB (Metrohm serial bus).
The stirrer speed is set in the pH meter, thus assures all measurements are always carried out under the same conditions. You can choose between the 801 magnetic stirrer or the 802 rod stirrer.
The package of the 780 pH meter includes the Ecotrode pH electrode, and the 781 pH/ion meter includes the Unitrode with integrated PT 1000 temperature sensor.
pH calibration is with automatic buffer recognition, and can contain up to nine buffers, and the calibration curve can be plotted.
Calibration, validation and service intervals can be monitored, and can be easily adjusted to your own specific requirements.
Both the meters can be combined with our 730 or 824 auto samplers to process large numbers of samples, where such automation is advantageous.
