PC-controlled sample changer with a titration head which can move in all three dimensions is the solution for quality control and process monitoring
A PC-controlled sample changer with a titration head which can move in all three dimensions is the solution for quality control and process monitoring in the food, pharmaceuticals, paper and petrochemical industries.
It is also extremely suitable for water treatment laboratories and environmental analysis, where conductivity and pH measurements as well as titrations have to be carried out on series of samples.
Two sample racks each for 24 beakers find space on an area of 70cm x 50cm.
The sample volume in the glass beakers can vary between 10ml and 250ml.
Disposable plastic beakers are also available as an option.
The titration software TiNet 2.x fulfills the high demands which are placed on the control of such a system.
TiNet 2.x runs under Windows and is used together with the Titrinos and peripheral devices selected by the user.
Besides the titrator, balances, dosing devices, conductivity meters, ion meters and even a barcode reader can be included in the system.
As an option six power connections controllable by software are also available.
The sample is weighed out or measured directly into the beaker.
Aliquots are no longer necessary.
For sample preparation several auxiliary solutions can be added via the movable titration head.
The sample rack codes report the positions to the computer so that when a rack is exchanged no repositioning of the titration head is required.
Positioning the electrodes, propeller stirrer, titration and dosing tips is carried out with the highest degree of precision.
Insertion of urgent samples is possible at any time.
The samples can optionally be protected against atmospheric contamination from the surroundings.
On the sample changer there is a rinsing station for the sensors, stirrers and buret tips located on the titration head.
A pump built into the instrument provides the rinsing water.
The wastewater runs off into a lower-standing container by gravity.
