The latest edition, Waterline 8 'Pure Evolution', discusses briefly the chemical structure and properties of water, including the history of water science.
Also included are articles on the different types of possible contaminants to be found in water and then how to remove them, with advances in water purification techniques, from the production of potable water to ultrapure water for sensitive scientific applications.
Parameters for water quality monitoring such as resistivity and TOC (total organic carbon) discussed in the production of ultrapure water are also covered.
