Improved design and navigation and the opportunity to access Powerpoint demonstrations, PDF broshures, and guided tours for each product
Perceptive Instruments has recently launched its new website, involving major design and layout improvements, and many new features to aid both the navigation of the site, and the provision of a more in-depth knowledge of the company and its products.
News features are available on the home page, alongside a new search facility, and up-to-date design.
In addition to this, links are available on the left hand menu to access a clear and extensive client portfolio, and a comprehensive list of industry events.
As before, there is information on the company, with clearer information of Perceptive Instruments's quality assessments.
There are now separate guided tours for each of the products, taking visitors through their various features.
There is the opportunity of accessing the download area of the site, which is home to all PowerPoint product demonstrations, PDF brochures and technical specifications.
To enable users to make a better judgement of the quality of Perceptive Instruments's service and products, the website now includes a case studies section, which aims to give an accurate account of how the company's products are currently being applied by a selection of global customers.
For customers, Perceptive Instruments has added an interactive level to its centralised support system, by introducing the customer forum.
New customers will be given a user account with delivery of their system, while existing customers can sign up for an account on the website.
The forum acts as a form of chat facility, where users of the systems can discuss issues together and pose questions to the Perceptive Instruments team.
There are also opportunities to download product manuals and documentation, technical support information and news regarding the latest software versions and upgrades.
The company says it hopes that the new website will help to display the extensive amount of materials available, in a useful and informative manner.
