Delivers universal analogue interfacing and can accept input from standard RS-170 and CCIR cameras, as well as non-standard (progressive scan), RGB and dual-channel analogue cameras
The PC2-Vision is Coreco Imaging's next generation high performance framegrabber for analogue machine vision applications.
The framegrabber can accept input from standard RS-170 and CCIR cameras, as well as non-standard (progressive scan), RGB and dual-channel analogue cameras.
Camera interfacing has been simplified by offering fully programmable timing coupled with efficient cabling and a variety of trigger, strobe and asynchronous reset options all controlled by a real-time on board controller.
Its six inputs and high speed 40MHz digitisation rate make it an ideal solution for a large variety of industrial inspection, identification and gauging type applications. Additionally, its RGB acquisition capability is ideally suited for automated optical inspection (AOI) and object classification applications.
Supporting acquisition from up to six monochrome cameras, two RGB cameras or two dual-channel analogue cameras, it also supports the new frame delay mode available on some cameras enabling up to six images to be captured simultaneously.
The PC2-Vision's embedded controller ensures images are transferred into host memory whenever a trigger is received without host intervention, thus delivering what is claimed to be the industry's most robust 'trigger to image reliability'.
With digitisation rates of 40MHz, six sets of camera timing signals and dual RS232 controls, the PC2 Vision supports almost any standard or custom progressive scan asynchronous reset cameras.
