Microplate and microplate reader manufacturer reports a healthy 20% increase in sales revenues in the first quarter of 2002
Porvair Sciences, a producer of application-specific microplates and microplate sample concentrators, has reported a more than 20% increase in revenues for the first quarter of 2002.
Enhancing its reputation for being a 'one-stop shop' for innovative microplate products, Porvair Sciences has introduced several new products in 2002 to continue the company's strong growth in international business.
The new products have including the Mirror Rack, a high productivity sample processing system for use with automated pipetting systems, an expanded range of deep-well plates, the Microlute HTS development plate, and the latest version of the popular UltraVap microplate sample concentrator. Porvair Sciences sells 50-55% of its products into North America, 30-35% into Europe, and 10-20% into the rest of the world.
