At MipTec 2003 to be held in Basel Switzerland from 12-15 May, Porvair Sciences will showcase a series of its latest products to the assembled audience of leading life scientists
On Porvair's stand at Miptec will be the Protein Precipation Filtration plate, said to be a major new breakthrough in performing protein precipitation experiments.
For the first time an optimised product is available that combines the productivity enhancing features of a 96-well microplate system with a new proprietary design avoiding the mess and waste associated with leakages from traditional protein precipitation plates.
At this important meeting, Porvair Sciences will be introducing the highly affordable MiniVap microplate solvent evaporator. Technical specialists will be on hand to demonstrate and discuss how laboratories can benefit from the compact and easy-to-use 96-well solvent evaporator.
For laboratories looking to seal sample holders ranging from 384-well plates up to 2.0ml microtubes and deepwell plates the new ThermoBond heat sealer provides a quick and easy-to-use device to prevent sample loss and ensure sample integrity.
Also on display will be Porvair's comprehensive selection of Deep-well plates, Krystal range of clear bottomed microplates together with the patent pending Mirror Rack that facilitates rapid and direct pipetting of cryo-vial samples from clinical trials into a standard 96-well microplate.
