Manufactured from ultra pure grade polymer the filtration plates minimise leachates when used with most common solvents maximising filtered sample integrity
Porvair Sciences says it has available the optimal plate to suit almost all filtration applications.
Offering a full range of 96 and 48-well microplates with a choice of glass fibre, nylon, nitrocellulose, PVDF or polyethylene filtration materials and well volumes ranging from 350ul to 5ml, Porvair Sciences has optimised filter plates for applications including cell harvesting, DNA separations, binding studies, plasmid isolation, general filtration and sample clean-up.
Incorporating a range of applications optimised microfilters, filtration plates are available that can simultaneously filter 96 samples of up to 350ul volume providing great productivity benefits and high filtered sample integrity.
For larger volume applications (up to 5ml well) a choice of 48-well filtration plates are available. Each well on Porvair filtration plates has an individual drainage spout ensuring 100% sample transfer and zero cross-over contamination.
To provide a total filtration solution a complete range of vacuum manifolds and collection plates are also available.
Adopting the standard microplate footprint Porvair filtration plates are readily incorporated into fully automated robotic liquid handling systems enhancing productivity.
