HazMatID analyses suspicious powders and liquids and helps to determine if they are hazardous.
The new system is completely portable, running from an internal rechargeable battery and has a built-in computer that identifies unknowns in plain English.
Only small amounts of material are needed for a successful test; one drop of liquid, or a few grains or crystals are all that are required.
The system is completely sealed, can be used indoors or outdoors, in any location and in any conditions.
