These are illustrated in a printed full colour catalogue and will shortly be available via an online shop.
There are 2500 types of signs available in a range of sizes and materials.
Rigid plastic is the most popular but aluminium, polycarbonate and self adhesive vinyl signs are also available. Many signs are also available in photoluminescent versions conforming to PSPA class A and DIN 67510.
The catalogue also contains information about standards and regulations - notably BS5499 and recent regulations such as the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR) and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) part III of which came into effect in October 2004.
Guidance is also given on the correct size and location for signs.

Prohibition signs - No Smoking is probably the best known of these, or possibly No Entry or No Parking. Typically a red circle with bar through.
Hazard warning signs - black writing on yellow triangular background warning of, for example, electrical hazards, chemical hazards, hot water, men at work or a slippery floor.
Mandatory signs - white on blue circle giving instructions such as Wear face shield or Lift correctly. First Aid - white on green.
Safe Condition - white on green square.
Specific groups of signs are also made for water safety, hotels and catering, construction, road traffic, car parks, garages, lifts and escalators, quality control and security.
The range is supplemented by some specialised items such as multi purpose signs which may combine warning, prohibition and mandatory signs; braille and tactile signs for the visually impaired to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act; information signs like Ladies and Gents and even deluxe signs for the boardroom.
In the event of a sign not being available from the stock range specials can be made to customer specifications - these can include the company's name and logo as well as any other information required.
