Spectrolab has agreed to represent Inel for its full range of X-ray diffraction products and Sentinel X-ray radiographic inspection systems
Inel manufactures a unique range of X-ray diffraction systems based on its curved and linear position sensitive detectors. Conventional X-ray diffractometers require a complex mechanical goniometer with moving detectors, X-ray tubes, and sample, to obtain a diffractogram, whereas the Inel design employs a solid state position sensitive detector fixed in position on a simple goniometer.
Inel diffractometers can measure all angles of diffraction simultaneously providing very fast measuring times, at high resolution and with negligible maintenance.
