Sirius Analytical Instruments is offering a new contract analytical service for physicochemical profiling of drug candidates from 96 well plates.
The analysis is carried out in the UK, and is offered to customers worldwide.
The samples can be analysed for several properties including permeability, solubility, spectroscopic pKa and logD.
Following its investment in a new, larger analytical laboratory, Sirius has recently extended its measurement services.
Increasingly used by pharmaceutical and biotech customers and general laboratories, often prior to their purchase of a Sirius instrument, the new service offers a full report for every sample, a confidentiality agreement for every customer, and a seven to 14 day turnaround for standard analyses.
This Sirius service is greatly increased by highly experienced personnel providing quick turnaround times and comprehensive analysis reports.
Sirius says it now provides the world's only one-stop shop for contract analysis of log D screening at pH7.4, pKa: rapid measurement, UV spectroscopic; solubility: thermodynamic; permeability: Pampa.
To use the analytical testing service, customers simply have to complete one of the relevant assay questionnaires provided on the Sirius web site, and send it with a sample.
All unused samples can be returned upon completion of analysis.
