Spark Holland introduces new high throughput autosampler and expands sales and service network in the USA
Spark Holland, provider of sample introduction, extraction and separation technology, has recently introduced a new fully automated front-end sample prep system that integrates sample extraction and LC into the MS.
Simultaneously a new high throughput autosampler was introduced.
Both systems will be delivered to the US market from the recently opened Spark sales and support office in Plainsboro, New Jersey.
For over two decades, Spark has been supplying to customers in the US and is a leading OEM supplier.
The new autosampler, Reliance, will be offered to OEM customers as well as to end-users.
The Symbiosis system will enable customers to achieve a true front-end laboratory efficiency turnaround through a project approach that includes assessment, advice and system implementation, all provided by Spark Holland.
Marcel Jansen, spark's sales and marketing manager, comments: "We will continue to serve our OEM customers as they have come to expect of us, and with offices in the US the quality of our system components services will even improve.
"For our new front-end system, Symbiosis, we see a growing interest in the US market.
Sales, installation and servicing will be executed from our new offices, that include a laboratory for customer demos and application support.
An in-house training room will be used for hands-on product, application, and service training.
This office brings us closer to our customers, discontinuing the use of a distributor and will allow us to accelerate growth in our system solutions market".
