UFB offers a Scottish point of contact for the Sudmo range of hygiemic valves for food and drink, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic manufacturing industries
UFB (Process Control Solutions), in an agreement with Sudmo UK, now offers a local point of contact, rapid response to enquiries and on-site consultancy service to all their clients throughout Scotland.

Sudmo valves are characterised by highly finished non-porous surfaces, long working life and non-sensitivity to aggressive mediums.
They are employed wherever immaculate hygienic conditions must be maintained and where the highest demands are placed on the sterility of the process.
Sudmo take the demands set by hygienic rules and regulations for valves and components and translate them into standard quality products. UFB can advise on and supply the complete series of Sudmo hygienic and aseptic valves (double seat, standard, butterfly, safety, overflow, vacuum, process, single seat, change-over and sampling) complete with components (pigging systems, fittings, pipe connections, assembly tools and control equipment).
Sudmo valves are all manufactured to the highest quality standards and therefore satisfy all possible quality requirements.
Whether they are butterfly valves for shut-off functions, universally employable single-seat valves or spindle valves, double-seat valves used in fully automatic mix-proof production and cleaning processes thus permitting the filling, emptying and cleaning cycles at the same time.

All the housings are manufactured from solid materials and therefore have a very long working life. The one-piece housing construction fulfils the demand for the fewest possible welding seams and a stable construction.
Sudmo valve bodies are machined from forged stock to ensure a totally pore free surface.
