The specialist pharmaceutical and personal care division of Univar has been appointed sole distributor for MGS MicroPure products throughout the UK
MGS MicroPure is a manufacturer and blender of biocides and cosmetic preservatives under the Paratexin brand.
In little more than one year of trading, the Paratexin range has been used extensively in personal care products such as hand soaps, shampoo and skin care products.
"As a young and small but rapidly growing business with a top flight product range, getting our products into the marketplace and to customers is of key importance," says Dene Godfrey, technical director, MGS MicroPure.
"Our internal resources are principally technical and manufacturing so aligning ourselves with a first class distributor is essential to our continuing development.
"In reviewing the options, Univar was the obvious choice.
