Pyroline line cameras are uncooled cameras for non-contact temperature measurement in a line of 128 or 256 pixels, simultaneously with high accuracy.
These cameras can measure temperatures between 0 and 1300C at very fast speeds of up to 512 lines per second.
The cameras have trigger inputs and alarm outputs for use without a PC.
When used in conjunction with the online software, Pyrosoft, full process monitoring and control function are available.
Data can also be recorded in video mode.

For high temperature applications, a conventional thermal imager is limited in its accuracy and general usefulness by several factors.
Firstly the spectral response is limited to the mid- to far-infrared spectrum, which will result in significant errors due to changes in the process surface.
Secondly, images of processes, which are very hot and therefore bright, can be obscured by 'blooming' due to saturation of the detector by the intense energy.
The Pyrovision 9100 cameras address these limitations and in so doing achieve a technological breakthrough in high temperature thermal imaging, says the company.
