UV system is said to be optimal for low volume, routine laboratory applications ranging from buffer, reagent and culture media preparation to general washing
Millipore has announced the launch of an economical laboratory water purification system that it says can accommodate all purified water needs.
The RiOs-DI 3 UV system is said to be optimal for low volume, routine laboratory applications ranging from buffer, reagent and culture media preparation to general washing.
The high quality product water (less than 50ppb TOC) is ideal for feeding ultrapure water systems (ie, Milli-Q or Synergy systems).
Additionally, the RiOs-DI 3 UV system has a built-in 254nm UV lamp, which ensures low bacterial levels in the water produced for sensitive applications.
The innovative cartridge design simplifies the maintenance process.
Additionally, the clear graphic display indicates system parameters and water quality so that it is clear when the cartridge need to be changed.
Not only does this save time but it improves overall efficiency without compromising results.
With a built-in reservoir, purified water is available when needed.
RiOs-DI 3 can be installed anywhere in the laboratory, says Millipore.
