Advanced, full frame camera offers a combination of ultra high resolution (4008x2672 pixels), fast frame rate, large bit depth, and the CameraLink interface
The Pantera TF 11M4, based on one of Dalsa's 'true frame' sensors, is an advanced, full frame camera that offers a unique combination of ultra high resolution, fast frame rate, large bit depth, with the CameraLink interface.
The camera benefits from two 36MHz outputs that allow for fast transfer of the 4008x2672x9um pixel images, enabling a reduction in the number of cameras required for large area surface inspection applications.
This, combined with true 12 bit output allows the camera to resolve the smallest differences in grey scale levels, says Firstsight Vision.
The 11M4 is available with either F-mount or M72 format options for a wide choice of lensing options, and the rugged housing has been designed to allow the easy attachment of external devices such as mechanical shutters.
With this impressive array of features the 11M4 is said to be ideally suited to flat panel inspection, medical inspection, aerial reconnaissance, microscopy, and PCB inspection.
