High pressure distribution manifold can be configured for any number of outlets from two upwards, using off-the-shelf components to create an optimal assembly
Parker Instrumentation has developed a modular distribution manifold for high pressure gas or liquid applications.
Based on a high performance 414bar dual ball valve, Hi-Pro distribution manifolds with any number of outlets from two upwards can be assembled rapidly from off-the-shelf parts, to provide the optimal configuration.
The manifold is based on a field-proven, high-integrity 3/8-inch ball valve design.
Conforming to Ansi/Asme ratings, it features a 4:1 pressure boundary safety factor, to deliver reliable Ansi Class 1500 operation.
It also meets the fire-safe requirements of API 607 and BS6755 Part 2.
The dual valve's body end connector threads are additionally fitted with environmental seals, protecting it from external corrosion attack.
The ball valve construction of the manifold provides users with a straight-through flow path, with positive indication of status by the position of the valve handles.
The 3/8-inch valve has a high Cv of 6.4, and may be fitted with either 1/2 or 1/4 inch NPT connections, or other end connections to order - including compression tube fittings.
PTFE seats and gland packing is supplied as standard.
However, users may optionally specify Peek seats, and Graphoil gland packing, to suit the application.
The manifold is available in 316 or duplex steel as standard, or other NACE MR-01-75/ ISO 15156 compliant materials to order.
