Tegam announces the release of the Model 2375, a four-channel amplifier that offers the ultimate in precision amplification for Mems comb drives, cantilevered beams, and other electrostatic actuators
It is also ideal for use in applications requiring precise amplification of unipolar or DC biased AC waveforms.
Each of the 2375's four channels is rated for 20mA continuous current.
The amplifier can drive capacitive loads up to 200pF while maintaining a full power bandwidth, exceeding 5kHz.
Each channel has an independent voltage monitor output for use in a closed loop system.
The buffers produce a reduction of 100:1 of the output voltage for measurement devices with a 1M or higher output impedance.
The 2375 was designed specifically for use with the Tegam Model 9070 Mems engine driver system, which was co-developed with Sandia National Laboratories.
US pricing for the 2375 starts at $6495.
"This is another step in the aggressive expansion of Tegam's line of single and multiple channel waveform amplifiers," notes Terry Gambill, president of Tegam.
