Janos Technology announces the appointment of Harvey Clough as president.
Prior to joining Janos Technology, Clough was the president and COO of Energy Sciences, an international machinery manufacturer in Wilmington, USA.
He formerly held positions in manufacturing, quality and engineering management at GE Lighting.
Clough earned his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and his MBA from Case Western Reserve.
"We are pleased to have an executive with Harvey's experience in operations, quality and engineering in high-tech environments," notes Bryan Torcivia, president of MonroeTech, Janos's corporate parent.
"As Janos continues its rapid growth in advanced infrared optics and assemblies for defense and commercial applications, we welcome Harvey and look forward to his strong guidance and leadership," he adds.
Janos has a 35-year history in the infrared optics business.
With the recent expansion to the new 3700m2 facility and the drive toward ISO certification, the company says it is well positioned to expand capabilities to become the definitive leader in the industry.
"I'm very excited to join the talented team at Janos and look forward to leading the company to the next level," Clough says.
