PerkinElmer's new series 200 is the latest to join the growing list of liquid chromatogrpahy (LC) systems that can be controlled by LabLogic's Laura 3 radio-chromatography software
All parts of the system - autosampler, autosampler Peltier tray, analytical and micro-flow pumps, UV/Vis detector and Peltier column oven - are supported in the newly available Laura 3.4.3 release.
The collaboration with PerkinElmer is another instance of LabLogic's policy of working with instrument manufacturers to make the versatility and power of Laura 3 available to users of all popular LC systems.
Laura is also sold by PerkinElmer under the ProFSA brand name with their 625TR flow scintillation analyser.
Chuck Passo, PerkinElmer's associate product leader for nuclear counters, said: "We are pleased to be able to work with LabLogic in developing the ProFSA radio-chromatography software further.
"Having control of both the FSA radio-detector as well as Perkin Elmer's Series 200 HPLC equipment means users have to enter method information only once in a single intuitive environment, and calibration, run control parameters and results can be captured in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11."
