KNF liquid diaphragm transfer pumps are dry running, self-priming and maintenance free pumps that combine maximum performance with minimum size. They can convey virtually any type of liquid, whether neutral or corrosive, thanks to the use of chemically resistant materials and are available with a variety of hydraulic connections.
Diaphragm liquid pumps are ideal for metering, dosing and transferring liquids especially applications that require low shear force, high repeatability and the capability to handle aggressive media.
The independent KNF Group, which comprises 15 companies and five production sites
throughout the world, develops, produces and distributes high-quality diaphragm pumps and systems for gases and vapours as well as liquids. Unlike peristaltic pumps, there is no tubing to break or fatigue, therefore flow rates are consistent and reliable and KNF pumps will operate dry indefinitely without damage.
KNF liquid diaphragm pumps are small, quiet, maintenance-free and self-priming. Each features intuitive control options and splash-proof housing. The KNF range of liquid diaphragm pumps includes the LIQUIPORT range easy-to-use transfer pumps, with flow rates ranging from 0.2 – 1.3 L/min and 0.5 – 3.0 L/min. The KNF SIMDOS02 and 10 metering and dosing pumps offer metered flow rates from 0.03 – 20 mL/min and 1 – 100 mL/min, respectively, and discrete dosing volumes between 0.03 – 999 mL and 1 – 999 mL, respectively.
KNF liquid diaphragm transfer pumps are available as built-in pumps for OEM use as well as for process applications and laboratory use. All KNF liquid pumps offer premium, chemically resistant models which makes KNF pumps suitable for a large number of applications including Synthetic organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, adhesives and glue, polymers & polymer coating, food technology research, detergents, water treatment research, biology, microbiology, biotechnology and fragrances.
