Biopharma Group has announced its acquisition of a majority interest in Easytesters Ltd.
Established for more than ten years, Easytesters has developed innovative, environmentally friendly HACCP inspection equipment for the food and liquid processing industries – reducing downtime and preventing contaminants coming into contact with products. Systems are available as a service or to hire and can tackle: integrity and leak testing of heat exchangers; integrity of pasteurisation and heat treatment processes for product safety; bacterial and pathogen disclosure; integrity testing for holding tanks in liquid processes
Easytesters founder, Michael Bowling, remains a shareholder and will continue to head up the ongoing development of these technologies. Fulfilment and maintenance will remain with the existing provider, with Biopharma Group taking on the accounts and administration.
