HEL has announced the appointment of Stephen Hoare to the new role of director of new business development.
The role strengthens the company's commitment in the US market, where Hoare will be responsible for sales and new business development.
Prior to joining HEL, Hoare was vice-president of sales at Amphora Research Systems, where he was responsible for all aspects of North American sales, prospecting, forecasting, quotes and proposals/contract negotiation.
