Thermo Fisher Scientific has announced the UK launch of the Macherey-Nagel Nucleospin Tissue XS.
This rapid DNA purification kit allows excellent recovery of concentrated DNA from tiny tissue-samples such as laser-dissected samples, buccal swabs, dried blood spots and forensic samples.
The funnel design of the Nucleospin Tissue XS is based on reliable silica membrane technology and permits accurate dispensing of small volumes onto a reduced-diameter membrane, allowing an elution volume of just 5-30ul.
This results in a concentrated, purified sample that is ready for sensitive downstream applications.
