Mastercontrol has announced that Ken Peterson has joined the company as a CAPA solutions architect.
Peterson's responsibilities include enhancing Mastercontrol solutions and incorporating best practices for managing CAPAs and other quality-related processes.
He will also serve as the company's CAPA product manager.
With many years at Pfizer Corporation and founder of Pathwise, a training and consulting firm focused on CAPA, risk management, QSR and cGMP specialties, Peterson has a rich understanding of both pharmaceutical and device businesses.
