John Morris Scientific has released 2mag's Stirring Drybaths, for research and development chemists, biological applications, food quality-control and testing the behaviour of synthetic materials.
The Stirring Drybaths have a speed of 100-2,000rpm and feature jolt-free stirring, even at low speeds.
There are four power settings, including high power for large volumes and viscous stirring and reduced power for long-term operation to prevent the stirrer causing heating effects.
The Stirring Drybaths are available in two sizes.
The 15-100 has fifteen stirring positions, 15 bore holes and is suitable for 100ml flasks and 150ml beakers.
The 15-250 has fifteen stirring positions, 15 bore holes and is suitable for 250ml flasks and 400ml glass beakers.
The heating block is made from aluminium alloy and is PTFE coated for increased chemical resistance and easier cleaning.
The maximum temperature is 200C.
