John Morris Scientific has introduced Adixen's ASM 142 Graph series for detecting leaks as small as 10-11 mbar x l/sec.
The ASM series includes Adixen's high compression and low rotational-speed Molecular Drag Pump, which allows the ASM to deal with accidental air in-rush, sudden shocks or small drops.
The ASM's analyser cell features a second filament that automatically activates if the first filament fails.
Filaments can be changed without special tools or servicing skills, reducing costs and potential downtime.
The ASM has an operator interface with a touch-screen display.
Additional features include an integrated 900 hour test memory, an animated system-mimic diagram and connectivity to external data-recording or control.
Leak detection can be carried out under vacuum or pressure.
