Atlas software from Syrris is a computer-based application for reaction control and data capture from experiments.
The software is designed to be intuitive and easy to use.
Design your apparatus allows a range of third-party equipment to be automated as part of the experiment.
Design your method allows a range of controlled steps to be undertaken either sequentially or simultaneously.
Run your experiment allows users to monitor, interrupt, change or adapt experiments as they go along, knowing that any changes will be saved, together with the experiment data.
The Atlas software is supplied with a range of useful template experiments.
Atlas software will control and monitor all experiment parameters in real time and automatically log data to a file.
The recipe can be paused at any point with full on-the-fly editing.
The software includes comprehensive alarms and fail-safe checking.
In-built recipe protection prevents operation outside user-specified parameters.
Data such as temperature, speed and mass flow can be graphed and monitored in real time and continually saved to one CSV data file, making analysis easy.
Featuring a drag-and-drop interface, recipes can be created, changed and saved with a click of a mouse.
As well as the Syrris Atlas, products from other manufacturers such as stirrers, balances, pumps and circulators can also be integrated.
Most RS232 devices with ASCII communications can be connected to the software via a port that plugs into the computer's USB connection.
