Vacuubrand's NT chemistry diaphragm pumps feature an improved 10 per cent performance in vacuum and pumping speed, a new drive system and corrosion-resistant materials.
The NT pumps, available from John Morris Scientific, feature an encapsulated cylinder head design with stability cores that prevents 3D plastic creeping - outwards, inwards and downwards - which is a common reason for performance loss.
Together with the non-contact flat sandwich diaphragm design, this provides long-term performance stability and reliability, and most importantly, does not provide stress on the motor - resulting in low noise, low temperature and a much longer life expectancy.
Vacuubrand's wear part lifetime is up to 20,000h for Vario models.
Further advantages of the non-contact flat sandwich technology are higher performance under vacuum, leading to shorter process times and service without re-adjustments.
Vacuubrand diaphragm pumps are available with ultimate vacuum down to 0.3 mbar and 12 m3/h in both chemistry and standard aluminium design for non-corrosive applications.
All pumps feature over-temperature safety cut-out switches.
Chemistry pumps come with gas ballast as standard to further improve the performance when pumping condensable vapours.
Solvent recovery options are available.
